Personal life

Born on Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, Josh Kohr has been a lifelong Havelock resident. In the spring of 2022, Josh met the love of his life, Dr. Hannah Mayfield Kohr. They were married on July 4, 2023. Josh has been in management and is a published orchestral composer.

City Involvement

Having worked his way in college, Josh Kohr graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a degree in Criminal Justice. Since graduation, Josh Kohr was elected and has served on the Havelock City Council since 2019.

State Involvement

Since his youth, he has been involved in local politics, municipal government, and business management. His involvement in politics began as a teenager helping in local political campaigns and serving as a House, Senate, and Governor's Page.
